Nebraska Brewing Company – Cardinal Pale Ale (American Pale Ale)

  • 5.75% ABV
  • WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!?!?! This is really really good. I had to look at the brewers site to figure out why it tastes so good and it makes total sense. Cascade hops! Werd, they really are the best tasting flower ever. Hops are flowers, I looked that shit up. It is strange that such a good beer is brewed in Nebraska, because Nebraska pretty much sucks. I know I used to live there. Anyway, buy this shit.

Heritage Brewing Company – Freedom Isn’t Free (American IPA)

  • 6.20% ABV
  • Freedom isnt free… I costs a buck o’ five. Ha! Welp this is pretty awesome because the brewer is like 5 miles from my house. I could walk over there and get a beer. HA!!! Like I could walk 5 feet with all of the smoking I do. Anyway this is a pretty good IPA, in that it is a normal IPA. I like crazy ass IPA’s brewed with experimental shit in them as much as the next gal but I need just good IPA’s more often than not. this pretty much perfectly fits the bill. I can honestly say this will be my “go to” IPA for the foreseeable future.

Uinta Brewing Company – Trader Session (American IPA)

  • 4.00% ABV
  • Utah is weird, its OK to have 12 wives but alcohol is the tool of the devil? Well actually it is, I mean cmon, I am a retard but I know beer makes people stupid. What ever, thank god there is a really good brewer in Utah. All though I dont know how they haven’t been burnt out by Mormons armed with pitchforks and torches. Once again, what ever… This is a pretty good session. It isnt super IBU tasting, it instead has a weird smoothness to it. I dont know how to describe it. It is like an obese fat person who can perfectly cross a tight rope. You keep waiting for that fat fuck to fall off the rope into a pit of shitty tasting beer but he waddles along to the end. It is pretty impressive…
